Happy Valentine's Day, and 1st Over Nighter for Cole!

Valentine's Day was extra special this year, because we have added a Caden Bug to our plans. We had a great day, and all the Svendsen boys enjoyed their Valentine's day presents. I am super excited for Jamin to use the new pasta maker, as he has wanted to make homemade pasta forever. I love my new jacket, and Cole bought me a flower and rehearsed how to ring the doorbell and say" Happy Valentine's Day!" So sweet!

I know, it is more than crazy that my oldest son is almost 3 and has never been overnight ANYWHERE! I will have to say that it would have happened sooner if we didnt live with my mom for so long. I am a bit over protective, and finally knew it was time. Cole called Gaga and asked if he could pack a suitcase and spend the night, of course she said yes. They had the best time, and Cole came home with yet another fun playdough machine! :) Yay, for Mommy, I Love playdough! (SARCASM!)

It has almost been one year since our Little Caden bug was born, and it has flown by. He has grown up so much in the last 2 weeks. He is getting to be more verbal, and has the cutest and sneakiest personality. He knows when he is getting into trouble, and can scurry away in a hurry.

We continue to Love our new home, and are working on looking for preschools for Cole. We visited one, and it was not what we are looking for. We looked at ones with his age group of kids and what they were working on, then visited the upstairs of the school where the pre-kinders were, and they were more up to Cole's speed.

So hard that I deal with parents daily believing their kids are genius' but never did I think that we would have one who truly is amazingly bright. What can I say, Jamin likes to learn and read.....has to be HIM! We want him in a learning preschool, but to have fun at the same time. He is just a little boy! I am sure we will find something, and I was planning to ask some of the neighbors where they go.

Life has been busy lately, but we are having the best time with our busy little boys!
